Description

There is a wide variety of electronic components, and the total production value of electronic components is calculated by aggregating the production figures of various types of electronic components in Japan. This includes passive components, capacitors, resistors, and other essential electronic parts.
The indicator measures the export value of these components from Japan to overseas markets and can serve as a reference for assessing the supply and demand conditions of Japan’s electronics manufacturing industry as a whole. It is published by the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA).
