Description
This indicator tracks the annual total number of industrial robots shipped across various application fields, covering both domestic and export markets. JARA classifies application fields into resin molding, arc welding, spot welding, painting, loading/unloading, general assembly, electronic insertion, vehicle body, material handling, LCD panel, and semiconductor uses.
The indicator is updated by the Japan Robot Association (JARA) in the middle of each year.
