Description
This indicator captures the annual number of industrial robots shipped to the auto parts manufacturing industry, used in engine, transmission, chassis, electronic modules, and automated assembly lines. It reflects trends in EV parts automation and investment hot spots in component production.
The indicator is updated by the Japan Robot Association (JARA) in the middle of each year.
