China Real Average Wage Index for Employed Staff and Workers is compiled and published by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China. This index measures the inflation-adjusted average wage of employed staff and workers, serving as an important indicator for assessing the living standards and economic well-being of the Chinese labor force. A higher index value indicates an increase in real wages and an improvement in living standards, while a lower index value may suggest stagnation or a decline in real wages.
